Time Management for Teams and People Leaders

We can’t create more time, but we can make time work for us rather than against us. We can leave work feeling an increased sense of accomplishment and a feeling of readiness for the next day. Review a model for determining work priorities, get ten tips for greater management of available time, and get suggestions for simple work organization. All should be shared and agreed upon within teams for improved understanding and communication.
